Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using Actium: Book to Action (the “App”) or the website at actium.app (“Website”). By accessing or using Actium, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Actium.
Actium is an AI-powered personal development app that transforms self-help books into personalized real-world quests with daily tasks and stat tracking (Body / Mind / Soul / Spirit). The App uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate curriculum content based on your inputs.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use Actium. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may sign in using Apple Sign In or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at bozhovskiy18@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions provide full access to all Actium features: unlimited book library, AI curriculum generation, and daily stat tracking. The App is free to download; certain features require an active subscription.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price unless cancelled. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free trial: If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your payment method will be charged the subscription price. You can cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge.
Price changes: We may update subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change via the App or email. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Actium, and turn off auto-renewal. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your access immediately — you retain access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
EU residents: If you are an EU user, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already begun with your prior consent. By starting to use Actium immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right.
Actium uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalized lesson curricula and daily tasks. AI-generated content is provided for educational and motivational purposes only.
All content, features, and functionality of Actium — including but not limited to design, code, text, and AI-generated outputs provided to you — are owned by or licensed to Actium. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Content you provide (onboarding answers, goals) remains yours. You grant Actium a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide and improve the service.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACTIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App, or by contacting bozhovskiy18@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days. Please cancel any active subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Actium operates. If you are located in the EU, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protections afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of Actium after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
